| Philosophy My philosophy is not to be encumbered by assuming that the future is a projection from the past. Too often we see environmental and energy decisions made on incomplete information that may be dated or projections that are highly questionable but often accepted. I engage in both environmental security and energy security issues using an all-hazards approach because often a solution to one may actually exacerbate the other. We can no longer afford to be specialists to adequately meet the challenges of today.
